After many years of wild parties, at 52 years old, Kate looks great thanks to a carefully thought-out healthy eating and exercise program. Moss maintains a strict discipline to look younger than her age.
Currently, Kate regularly follows juice diets and prefers a week-long juice-only program at a wellness resort in Turkey, which she has visited every year for the past ten years.
She has a Pilates machine at home and also works with personal trainer Ortens Suleyman.
When I fly, I drink enough water and try to eat only light foods. I recently completed a course of red LED light therapy and have been using it and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I also have gua sha tools made of rose quartz and jade,” she told Net A Porter.
