Recently, 30-year-old Timothée Chalamet and 60-year-old Robert Downey Jr. attended a press conference for the film “Marty Magnificent” at the Directors Guild of America Theater in Los Angeles. During the conversation, Downey Jr. joked about his Marvel co-star Gwyneth Paltrow not realizing that her co-star’s “imperfect skin” in the intimate tunnel kissing scene was the result of makeup applied for the role.
When Paltrow first met you, she said, “Oh my God, I didn’t know he had skin problems,” Downey Jr. said wryly to Chalamet. “I convinced her it was just makeup,” the actor added humorously.

In the film “Marty Supreme,” Chalamet plays shoe salesman Marty Mouser, who is obsessed with the idea of becoming the best table tennis player in the world in New York in the 1950s. In addition to Chalamet and Paltrow, the film, directed by Josh Safdie, also stars Odessa Atzion, Kevin O’Leary, Tyler Okonma, Abel Ferrara and Fran Drescher.
