According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Nicole Kidman has made a real estate deal with winemaker David Madson. The Oscar winner sold her three-bedroom apartment in Milsons Point for $8.5 million, just two years after purchasing it for $7.7 million in 2023. The apartment is located on the 15th floor of the exclusive Latitude complex and has views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the famous Sydney Opera House.
Despite the fact that Nicole owned the apartment for only a short time, she made a profit of approximately $775,000. Earlier this month, it was reported that the former couple had officially finalized their divorce and agreed to a property division agreement, which is valued at $282 million.
Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail show that the agreement ensures that the property will be divided to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, with each party retaining what they already own. Kidman also owns a luxurious duplex apartment in Manhattan, a home in Beverly Hills, a mansion in Nashville, and a massive estate in Australia’s Southern Highlands region. Recently it became known that Keith Urban started an affair with a girl who looks like Kidman.
