The past year has brought two memorable events for the star of the comedy “Honest Divorce”: in August, Agata Muceniece tied the knot with musician Petr Dranga, and in December, she became a mother—the couple welcomed a daughter. While the couple is in no rush to reveal their baby to the public, the actress is openly sharing her experience of postpartum recovery.
Agata posted a video from the gym—no filters or pretense, showing a realistic picture of her workouts. Under the guidance of a trainer, she picked up dumbbells, but quickly realized the weights were difficult.
Oh my! This is so hard! — the actress admitted, trying to raise her arms.

She was only able to perform the exercise four times, after which the trainer came to the rescue, supporting her arms.
Terrific! — Muceniece exhaled, finishing the set.
Unable to resist, she added with a smile:
My trainer is a beast!
The next test was exercises with ropes. Before the show began, Agata warned the audience:
Now you’re going to see how my trainer is tormenting me.

The actress took the ropes and began to hit the floor with them, simultaneously dropping to her knees and getting up. It was obvious that each movement required considerable effort from her, but she stubbornly went through to the end.
Back in February, Muceniece shared her observations: despite strict dietary control and regular training, extra pounds are reluctant to go away. However, the actress isn’t giving in to despair—she’s taking it calmly and continuing to work on herself, demonstrating to viewers a realistic approach to getting back in shape after giving birth.
As a reminder, Agata celebrated her birthday on March 1st, and Petr Dranga didn’t ignore the occasion. In his public congratulations, the musician showered his wife with compliments, calling her one of the kindest and most honest girls he had ever met.
