Mickey Rourke was evicted from his Los Angeles home for non-payment of rent after he refused $100,000 in fan donations.
On Monday, March 9, a Los Angeles court entered a default judgment in favor of landlord Eric T. Goldie against his tenant, Mickey Rourke, in an eviction case for non-payment of rent.
In legal documents filed in late December 2025, Goldie claimed that the star of the film “The Wrestler” owed $59,100 on the house located near Drexel Avenue.

The actor did not respond to the notice of eviction within the time limits set by California law, resulting in a default judgment.
The court granted Goldie immediate possession of the property and terminated the remaining lease, effectively eliminating Rourke’s ability to reside in the home. After the actor’s problems became known at the end of last year, fans raised the alarm and collected the required amount, but the star did not take advantage of the financial assistance.
