Welsh actress Joanna Page told the English-language publication HELLO! how she once kissed Johnny Depp. The star recalled how the Hollywood hunk walked her home while they were both filming the 2001 blockbuster From Hell.
“I’m not usually one to go for handsome boys, but I remember him walking across the set in a black wig, looking incredibly attractive. He was just stunning,” recalls 48-year-old Joanna. “That evening, we all went out to dinner, and he came over and sat next to me. He had gorgeous long hair, and I remember thinking, ‘He has hair like Jennifer Aniston.’ And then he tried to talk to me, but I couldn’t talk to him: he was too handsome.” So I ignored him all evening.
Paige then described the moment of the kiss.
At the end of the evening, he asked, “Do you want a ride?”, and as we were standing outside the hotel, he put his arm around my waist and then slowly kissed me on the lips. I was in a trance, because he was simply beautiful. Then I ran upstairs, called my mom and started screaming, “Johnny Depp just kissed me!”
Now Johnny Depp is gradually returning to the public after the scandal with Amber Heard and their lawsuit. Orlando Bloom recently hinted that Depp might star in the new installment of the cult Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
