Polina Gagarina has recently swapped her usual country life for the bustle of the big city. Before that, the pop star lived in a cozy cottage village located in the Moscow region, where, it would seem, nothing could disturb her peace and creative inspiration. But recently the singer was forced to move to the capital to renovate her Moscow apartment. The singer is enthusiastically arranging her city property, trying to create an atmosphere of coziness and comfort in it, which would remind her of a quiet life outside the city. Moving to Moscow became a kind of challenge for Polina, and, unfortunately, not everything is going as smoothly as she would like. The capital greeted the artist, to put it mildly, not in the most friendly way.
Gagarina faced a problem that turned out to be unexpected and very unpleasant for her – insomnia. Having shared her experiences with numerous followers on social networks, Polina published a selfie taken right in bed. In the photo, the pop star is captured lying in a white top under a warm blanket. She looks tired and sleep-deprived. Her look betrays sleepless nights and a desperate struggle for healthy sleep. The winner of the popular TV project “Star Factory-2” frankly admitted to her fans that it is really hard for her to adapt to the new environment and fall asleep in a noisy city apartment.
Apparently, the city does not accept me at all. The eerie sounds in the apartment have been going on for the third night already. They are looking for the reason, where… Today I didn’t sleep until 5 am, – complained Gagarina, expressing her concern and hope for a speedy resolution of the problem.
The performer of the hit “The Performance is Over”, which won the hearts of millions of listeners, is not the first time faced with such an exhausting condition as insomnia. Polina already suffered from this problem in the past, which she openly told her fans about back in 2022. Then the singer shared that due to constant lack of sleep, she had to make adjustments to her lifestyle, in particular, stop intense training and avoid excessive stress on the body. Fortunately, Polina later found an effective way to combat insomnia – swimming in the pool. Regular swimming helped her relax, relieve stress and improve the quality of sleep. Perhaps now, during the period of adaptation to new city life, this proven method will come to her aid again.
