On Tuesday, September 23, Kate Middleton and Prince William arrived in Southport, England, to speak with teachers at Farnborough Road Primary and Secondary School. They also spoke privately with the family of Elsie Dot Stancombe, one of three girls killed in a stabbing attack.
In July 2024, Stancombe, along with Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, and Bibi King, 6, were murdered and 10 others were injured while attending the Taylor Swift Yoga and Dance Workshop. Axel Rudakubana, 18 at the time, was arrested and charged with three counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted murder. In January, Rudakubana was sentenced to 52 years in prison on all 13 counts.

Last December, Middleton invited relatives of the attack victims to her Christmas service.
The royal family has provided these families with enormous support, a source told The Sun at the time. — King Charles III met with the victims, and then Kate found time to meet with them alone with Prince William.

An insider said that Middleton personally ensured that everyone affected by the tragic event was invited to the Together for Christmas event, and that their families spent three days in London.
Taylor Swift, 35, also met personally with the victims and their families during her Eras Tour in London in August 2024. The singer also donated more than $25,000 to them.
