The Princess of Wales has released a new video in which she talks about family values during her summer holidays. The royal is currently enjoying the holiday with her husband Prince William and three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

While Kate did not appear in the video, she gave a monologue behind the scenes.

Summer is a time of abundance. Just as flowers bloom and fruits ripen, we are also reminded of our own potential for growth. It is a time to rekindle our inner fire and explore our own creativity, passions and dreams. As we enjoy time in the sun, friends and families gather, play, socialize, spend time together, we appreciate the joy that can be found in even the most fleeting moments and shared experiences.

Middleton ended the story with parting words to her fans.

Our lives blossom when we cherish the bonds of love and friendship. So open your hearts, sing, dance, play. Just love and be loved.

The mother of three left a personal caption under the video.

It is so important now to appreciate each other and Mother Nature. Long live summer!

The video embodies the spirit of summer and includes footage shot in Sheffield, Bradford, North Wales and Anglesey, as well as the south coast. The clip also features a group of dancers from the Royal Ballet School. This is not the first time Middleton has celebrated the power of nature. She released a similar video in the spring.
