Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck can’t seem to get rid of their luxurious Beverly Hills mansion, which never became their family nest. The ex-spouses first put this veritable palace with a 12-car garage, a guest penthouse, a maid’s quarters, and a two-bedroom guardhouse up for sale immediately after their divorce. But no buyer dared to pay $68 million for the star property. In May, the ex-spouses lowered the bar, dropping the price to $59.5 million. And then they took the house off the market altogether due to lack of demand. And now, two months later, they’ve returned to the issue again.
The Zillow portal says that Ben and Jennifer’s Beverly Hills estate has an area of 3,530 sq. meters, which was “recently renovated using the highest quality materials” is looking for a new owner at an even lower price than the previous one – $ 52 million, which in rubles is equal to approximately 4.3 billion. For this amount, the new residents will get a spacious home with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, which also includes a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts and a bar.
And until a buyer is found for the property, J. Lo is enjoying all its benefits. In February, the singer bought a smaller house in Hidden Hills, but hasn’t been able to move in yet—it’s currently undergoing renovations. As for Affleck, he moved out of the family mansion back in July 2024—a month before Lopez officially filed for divorce. Ben bought a mansion in Brentwood for 20.5 million dollars, and has already managed to change it for another place of residence – a more luxurious and secluded house, which at the beginning of this year was still under construction.
