Jennifer Aniston has opened up to fans about how she has meticulously designed her home to create a sense of calm and tranquility following a frightening stalker incident she experienced in May. The 56-year-old actress shared her relaxation techniques with Vanity Fair.
“I basically combined all the healing methods to create a calm environment in the chaos of show business and the world in general,” Jennifer explained in an interview. “It’s nerve-wracking. There shouldn’t be chaos here.”
Jennifer revealed that she keeps several crystals at home, including a raw amethyst and a white stone. She also places white peonies in vases to harmonize the home space.

The mansion has stunning views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean thanks to the panoramic windows, which makes the space even more peaceful.
I felt like my anxiety and cortisol levels were peaking. Humans are not designed to digest so much information in a split second, she said.
In May, Aniston was the victim of a stalker: a 48-year-old man crashed into the gates of her mansion. According to Judge Maria Cavalluzzi, the man pleaded not guilty to stalking and vandalism and is “currently found incompetent to stand trial.” Right after that, Jennifer met love: already in June, the star spent a romantic vacation with her new chosen one, hypnotherapist Jim Curtis.
