The expert jury, which consists of leading restaurateurs, chefs, gastronomic bloggers, influencers and socialites, had to choose the best of 198 establishments in the capital, included in the long list of WhereToEat Moscow 2025. According to the results of closed voting, the Top 10 included:

Nicanor Vieira (restaurant Olluco) was named “Chef of the Year” for the second time in a row. Arina Zhuravleva (Urban Winery) won the “Female Chef of the Year” category, which was introduced this year. Maria Syukrina (Oltremare) won “Sommelier of the Year,” also for the second time. And the wonderful Fatima Saleh (Sartoria Lamberti, Dachniki), whom we were all rooting for, won the special “Pastry Chef of the Year” category. The restaurant industry is overwhelmingly male-dominated, so it’s definitely a joy to see so many talented girls who are just as professional.
At the anniversary Moscow awards, we see both our rating veterans and the new movement in the top list, – notes the general producer and founder of the Where Awards project, Irina Tiusonina. – It is important and valuable for us to mention every name, every participant, friend and part of our common gastronomic family. New nominations have appeared, for example, “Female Chef”, and therefore new opportunities – additional notes to sound on the large and vibrant gastronomic scene of Russia, where each of us is a friend and part of a community that is important to us.
