Overall, food cooked in this appliance is 40% faster than in a traditional oven, dishes are baked evenly, and if a crispy crust is required, it will be perfect. Delicate cooking is also available: you can prepare dietary dishes, baby food, and sous-vide. The food is heated by two heating elements, producing a combined output of 3100 W, but this power is easily controlled within a temperature range of 25°C to 250°C in 1-degree increments. The unit has several basic programs and pauses after each process is completed or when the desired temperature is reached. The intelligent system “Smart Chef” (Smart Cook) allows you to cook multi-step recipes in one bowl, without moving anything.
