Justin Baldoni has denied allegations that he stalked his It Ends With Us co-star Isabella Ferrer. According to court documents filed Monday, August 18, Baldoni’s lawyers claim they issued Ferrer a subpoena demanding she produce “documents that she either did not provide or were not requested” by Blake Lively’s team. Baldoni’s team said they have twice reached out to the 24-year-old actress’s lawyers to discuss the subpoena, but their requests have been ignored.

The director’s lawyers said he was not stalking Ferrer and that her lawyer was thwarting the parties’ efforts “to uncover information critical to the preparation of their defense,” according to the documents.
Given the circumstances, neither side will use any communications from or concerning Ms. Ferrer in this case, Baldoni’s lawyers said.
They also asked Judge Lewis J. Lyman to grant their request to serve Ferrer with the subpoena by alternative means.
Isabella Ferrer supported Lively in her fight against Justin Baldoni, whom she accused of harassment on the set of a film in late 2024.
