Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer were married for seven years before splitting in 2016. In a joint statement, the ex-spouses assured that they would do everything possible to ensure that their split did not affect their children, daughter Ruby and son Otis. At the time, they were 9 and 7 years old, respectively.

In 2020, Jennifer officially filed for divorce. And, as People has learned, the final point has not yet been made between the former spouses. Over the past five years, Maguire and his wife have not been able to agree on all points of the divorce agreement. According to documents obtained by the publication, the actor is demanding joint legal and physical custody of their son Otis, who is now 16. He also asks that the court determine the amount of alimony due for the child.
Interestingly, Toby filed the lawsuit in the midst of his ex’s preparations for the wedding. Jennifer is going to tie the knot with Jeffrey Ogunlesi, the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi. The couple officially announced their relationship in November 2023, and in September 2024, Jennifer and Jeffrey got engaged.
As for Toby, he is still a bachelor and changes girls like gloves. He was last seen in the company of 22-year-old Danish model Mona Tougaard.
