43-year-old Kate Middleton has returned to her mental health charity work and this morning, November 27, visited the Anna Freud Foundation in North London to support its new joint initiative with the Early Childhood Centre. The program aims to improve the skills of health workers who provide care to women in the first weeks after childbirth.
The Princess of Wales stepped out in a closed light gray midi dress with a turn-down collar, a wide fabric belt at the waist, and a houndstooth pattern in brown and blue tones. The look was completed with gray pumps and luxurious earrings with sapphires from the royal collection.

Kate first visited the Anna Freud Foundation in 2015, and later became its patron. The new visit took place after Middleton’s speech at the Future Workforce Summit on November 19, where she publicly discussed the importance of creating a “comfortable environment for a child.”
This forms the baby’s emotional world and becomes the foundation, the very fabric of resilience and belonging, she said.
