On Wednesday, May 6, Kate Middleton visited a London university as part of the next stage of her campaign to support young children. The Princess of Wales met with students, academics, and families to celebrate the expansion of her Early Childhood Development Centre and the launch of new initiatives for those working with young children.
The Princess attended a meeting entitled “Life’s Foundations: A Guide to Social-Emotional Development,” organized by the Royal Foundation Centre. Middleton looked elegant in a beige jacket and trousers ensemble, which she teamed with a white blazer.

The trip comes after she announced plans to visit Italy, which will be her first working trip abroad since being diagnosed with cancer.
Prince William’s wife will travel to the northern Italian city of Reggio Emilia on May 13 and 14 to educate about early childhood development.
