Jamie Lee Curtis’s sister, Kelly Lee Curtis, passed away at the age of 69 last week. In a touching social media post, Jamie wrote that her older sister was “stunningly beautiful and a talented actress.” Kelly is the daughter of actors Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh and the older sister of Freaky Friday star Jamie.
My first friend and confidant for life. She was a great card player, collected turtles, loved her family, nature, music, flea market shopping, traveling… She was proud of her Danish and Hungarian-Jewish roots and was a devoted American patriot, Jamie wrote.
Kelly passed away at her home in California on Saturday, May 30th. This was announced by 67-year-old Jamie on her official account. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
