On September 19, the State Kremlin Palace will host the premiere of the program “Music of Feelings, Poetry of the Heart. Anna Egoyan and Igor Krutoy”. The audience will enjoy an unusual musical and poetic evening, combining words and melody.
The program will feature works by William Shakespeare, Mikhail Lermontov, Anna Akhmatova, Marina Tsvetaeva, Veronika Tushnova, Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Eduard Asadov, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Andrei Dementyev, Bella Akhmadulina, Mikhail Gutseriev, Anna Egoyan and other authors.
Anna Egoyan, whose mastery of expressive recitation has already won over a wide audience, will present poems in a special intonational delivery. The musical accompaniment was prepared by composer Igor Krutoy: his melodies will become a new context for familiar lines, revealing the depth of poetic images.
Director Alexey Sechenov is responsible for the visual and scenic parts: the audience can expect well-thought-out scenography and spectacular decorations. The concert will be divided into two parts to maintain the dramatic rhythm of the evening.
