Alina Kabaeva never stops keeping fit—and she’s clearly proven it. Photos and videos from her rhythmic gymnastics academy, “Heavenly Grace,” have surfaced online.
The athlete dropped in on a training session with some young talents and seized the opportunity to warm up a bit herself. First, she worked on a cardio machine, then effortlessly did the splits, and then showed the students a few graceful ballet moves. For the class, Kabaeva chose an elegant black tight-fitting suit and pulled her hair back into a neat hairstyle.

In one of her performances, the gymnast emphasized that despite the sanctions and external pressure, domestic sport is confidently moving forward. Moreover, according to her, Russian athletes can still defend the country’s honor at many competitions.
Another highlight in Kabaeva’s life was her participation in the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup stage in Tashkent. There she not only acted as an honored guest, but was also able to return to her hometown and see her first mentor.
