The calling card of a five-star hotel Milaidhoo, the exotic Ba‘theli by the Reef is the world’s only fine dining Maldivian restaurant. Situated on three traditional dhoni boats, permanently moored by a dazzling sandy beach, it presents island traditions elevated by the chef to gastronomic perfection. Inspired by the richness of the ancient Spice Route, Maldivian Nasreena “Natti” Ali has added depth while maintaining authenticity, transforming menu hits into elegant family-friendly treats. We recommend trying her version of the Satani salad, fried lobster with curry leaf sauce and the collection of unique desserts “Dhivehi Raha”.
