Breakfast lovers are well familiar with this project, which allows them to diversify their morning diet, discovering previously unfamiliar dishes and combinations, and also getting to know restaurants in their city that they previously couldn’t get to. Last year, BreakFest introduced new categories of dishes to the festival menus and changed its image (the new style was created by the famous Russian designer Il ya Kiselev ). The printed menus themselves have become more vibrant and easily recognizable, and the items in them are now divided not by ingredients, but by gastronomic trends: local products, healthylifestyle, classic dishes, and signature breakfasts. This winter, they are accompanied by specially created coffee and tea drinks, sparkling wines from Luding Group and the famous Borjomi.

We created BreakFest with great love and warmth. It’s not just about food, it’s about the mood and the charge of emotions with which we start our day. BreakFest is a month-long celebration that brings vibrant emotions to the entire country , says Maria Tyumen e va, co-founder and managing partner of the agency Appetizing Marketing ”.

The festival organizers see their main goal as the popularization of “civilized” breakfasts in different parts of the country. A pleasant and sometimes even aesthetic exit from the house for breakfast sets the mood and productivity for the whole day, and in the long term it opens up a new vision of your own morning, broadens your horizons, and develops your taste.

Year after year, BreakFest grows and expands, and now covers the entire country, notes Ivan Glushkov, gastronomic journalist, founder of the project Salt”. – And we change along with it, each time coming up with new additional activities within the framework of the festival: tours, brunches, competitions, challenges, which delight not only us, but also – we hope – everyone involved.

In addition to the food itself, in the participating restaurants under the auspices of the festival, special partner and charity events will be held and variouscollaborations will be organized – for example, the All-Russian competition of video breakfast recipes (inunion with the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Gastronomy) or brunch with Dmitry Vikulin and his brand of fermented products DVK Farm.
