The couple married in 2001, but the marriage lasted only two years and divorced in 2003. Billy Bob, 70, has decided to set the record straight about the scandalous lockets.
“We each had a little locket, with literally a drop of blood inside,” he said in a new interview with Rolling Stone magazine. — It’s a romantic idea that we live in a dungeon, drinking each other’s blood, that’s all.
Despite the strong public reaction to their relationship, Thornton claimed that they broke up on good terms.
