Sad news from the Kennedy family: yesterday, December 30, the granddaughter of the 35th US President John F. Kennedy, writer and journalist Tatiana Schlossberg, passed away at the age of 35. Her family posted an official obituary on the social media page of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
Our beautiful Tatiana died this morning. She will remain forever in our hearts, says the message, signed by George, Edwin and Josephine Moran, Ed, Caroline, Jack, Rose and Rory Kennedy.
Tatiana passed away after a long battle with acute myeloid leukemia with a rare Inversion 3 mutation, which mainly affects older patients. The deceased was diagnosed in May 2024, after her second childbirth. The doctors were concerned about the persistent bleeding.
Let us remember that the 35th US President John F. Kennedy was tragically shot by a sniper on November 22, 1963. The politician died on the spot, right in the car, in front of his wife and first lady Jackie Kennedy.
