Justin Theroux is keeping his newborn son’s name a secret for now, but he’s happy to share his impressions of his new status as a father. In a conversation with TODAY, Justin revealed that he’s already introduced the little one to his beloved pit bull, Kuma. He quickly reassured fans that the dog, who previously garnered all of Theroux’s attention (Kuma even accompanied him on the red carpet), has accepted the new family member without jealousy or aggression.
She’s perfectly behaved and very affectionate. If we bring the baby into the room, she will sit next to him, watch the door and make sure no one comes in.
Justin admitted that he himself can’t leave his son’s side.
I just love looking into his eyes. They are beautiful. Of course, we are now in that period when you have to walk around the house on tiptoes. But it’s all wonderful.
While talking about his son, Justin didn’t forget to praise his 32-year-old wife Nicole, saying that it is she who “does the Herculean task of feeding.”
Other fathers have told me, “Wait until you see your baby, you’ll fall in love.” And indeed. And the minute he’s born, your whole life starts revolving around him, and your heart opens. So I’m truly happy, very happy.
Let’s remember that Justin Theroux spent 54 long years on the road to fatherhood. 32-year-old Nicole Brydon Bloom, whom he tied the knot with last March in Mexico, became the first person to give the actor an heir. Before her, Justin was married to Jennifer Aniston. But it didn’t work out with children in this union.
