Natalia Rudova shared her successes in working on her figure and revealed the secrets of her diet. The actress, known for her role in the TV series “Univer. New Dorm,” boasted of losing two kilograms thanks to intermittent fasting: according to her, she hasn’t eaten after 4:00 PM for over two weeks.
On social media, Rudova posted a photo in soft blue pajamas—a top with thin straps and shorts accentuated her slender figure with a flat stomach.

In addition to her diet, Natalia also pays attention to the quality of her food: she prepares healthy meals herself. As an example, the actress showed her lunch – quail baked in the oven with new potatoes.

Sport also occupies an important place in Rudova’s life, although her motivation is quite ironic:
Not for the sake of health, nor for the sake of the future, nor for the sake of well-being … But for the sake of dressing in the summer like … Forgive me, Lord, – the artist admitted.

Some followers even shared their knowledge about metabolism and ketosis, explaining the mechanism of action of intermittent fasting.
The actress has adhered to strict dietary restrictions for many years: since childhood, she has not consumed dairy products, and for the last 12 years, she has excluded red meat from her diet, preferring poultry and fish. Sweets, flour products, and fast food are also prohibited.
However, the path to the ideal figure was not easy. After participating in the reality show “Stars in Africa” on TNT, Rudova developed an eating disorder. On the project, she had to face real hunger, and after returning to normal life, the actress, by her own admission, went “all out” and gained 10 kilograms. Subsequently, she regained her previous shape with great difficulty.
