By her own admission, the 43-year-old supermodel has long struggled with irritable bowel syndrome. In the latest episode of “Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari,” Miranda Kerr shared how the illness impacts her life and talked about her strict diet.
I love to eat delicious food, but when I got sick, I had to realize that food can be medicine. And so I love eating nutritious and delicious foods that nourish my soul. But at the same time, I no longer crave unhealthy foods because I know how harmful they can be to my body from the inside.
Miranda also revealed that she has been regularly drinking noni juice since the age of 13. This is a healthy drink made from the exotic fruit of Morinda citrifolia, native to Tahiti.
It’s packed with vitamins and minerals. I have a 30 ml mug, and so does my little one. My teenager doesn’t like this drink, but anyway, now I’m acting like a teenager myself… I drink tea with marshmallows because it’s good for the intestinal mucosa.

Talking about her diet, Miranda Kerr added that she always accompanies her morning coffee with a few tablespoons of coconut yogurt and a slice of banana. She prefers coffee with maple syrup. However, the model had to give up many products. Kerr does not eat milk, wheat, or eggs at all. Sushi is also prohibited.
Personally, I don’t like dairy products, wheat, and eggs. And finally, I’m very picky about oils. So cook only with coconut oil or avocado oil, no kernel oils. Olive oil is okay in salads, but not for cooking. And I never eat sushi because of parasites.
Miranda’s daily diet consists mainly of meat products and farm-raised vegetables.
I regularly eat meat such as venison, bison, lamb. I eat all kinds of meat that are not mass-produced. I also eat a lot of pumpkin. And carrots. And parsnips. But I don’t eat cabbage and spinach.
