Six years after his divorce, 48-year-old Peter Phillips, the son of Princess Anne and grandson of Queen Elizabeth II, has tied the knot again. This time, he is married to nurse Harriet Spelling, who shone in an Emilia Wickstead wedding dress among the titled guests at her and Peter’s wedding last Saturday.

Almost all members of the royal family were present at the private ceremony. With the exception of Prince Harry, who was denied an invitation due to “no family ties,” and the former Prince Andrew, who disgraced the royal family with the scandal involving Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of sex trafficking. For the same reason, his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, was not allowed to attend the wedding. An exception was made only for their daughters. Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who is currently expecting their third child, came to congratulate their cousin and his husband. This is the first major royal family event this year that the sisters have been invited to since their father was stripped of his titles and evicted from the royal residence. However, they are still not allowed to attend Royal Ascot.

Another person who attracted the special attention of those gathered was Kate Middleton. The Princess of Wales arrived at the gala event on the arm of her husband, Prince William, and looked charming in a beige bouclé dress by Roland Mouret, paired with a stylish hat to match and heels. William supported his wife in a traditional tuxedo, and his confident gaze swept over them as they passed another couple—Rupert Finch and his wife, Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs. Kate and Finch dated while studying at the University of St. Andrews. Rumor has it that William broke up their union, having become interested in Middleton during the famous 2002 fashion show, where Kate appeared in a sheer minidress. William and Kate married in 2011. Two years later, in 2013, Finch also found his own family. Together with his wife, he is raising three daughters – 11-year-old Georgia, 9-year-old Sienna and 6-year-old India.
