On May 5, Jennifer Lopez relisted her mansion for $50 million. In addition to the 12-bedroom house itself, the price includes a 12-car garage, an indoor sports complex, and a guest house. Lopez first purchased the property with her ex-husband Ben Affleck for $61 million in 2023. In July 2024, the singer tried to sell the property for $68 million – a month before she filed for divorce.

In April, according to People, 53-year-old Affleck transferred ownership of the property to Lopez’s ex-wife in court. The documents state that the star now bears sole responsibility for the sale of the house. However, the singer has not yet managed to make a profit: the mansion was last taken off the market in January, four months after it was put up for sale in September 2025 for $52 million.
