The luxurious Los Feliz mansion was initially listed for $6.5 million after a previous deal fell through earlier this year. The luxury Spanish-style property, built in 1928, features four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and exquisite details like stained-glass windows and terracotta floors. Plaza and her late husband, Jeff Baena, purchased the property in 2022, shortly before his death in January 2025.
The 41-year-old actress put the home on the market eight months after the death of her late husband, Jeff Baena, and the property is currently listed at $5.3 million, with the Gambino Group handling the sale. People reports that Plaza and Baena purchased the home in October 2022 for $4.7 million. The couple married in May 2021 and officially separated in September 2024. Screenwriter Baena died on January 3, 2025, at the age of 47.
