Irina Toneva, a member of the popular band “Fabrika,” revealed her principles of self-care—and it turns out her approach is far from restrictive. The 48-year-old singer is confident that being in perfect shape isn’t just about genetics, but also about regularly working on yourself.

Irina’s key principle is variety. She doesn’t adhere to any one fitness system, but assembles exercises like a construction set, borrowing elements from different cultures and movements.
I get bored with the same thing, so I periodically change both my warm-ups and the type of exercise. “I’m rebuilding my ‘movements’ from scratch,” MK quotes the artist as saying.
Toneva pays special attention to nutrition. Her diet doesn’t include meat or fish—the star chooses the most natural products. Instead of her usual coffee, the singer prefers matcha or natural cocoa without sugar.

Irina’s morning ritual is thought out to the last detail: the day begins with 700 ml of warm water or herbal tea, followed by a light warm-up or a walk. Breakfast follows strictly two hours after waking up, and the last meal is completed before 7:00 PM. This balance, according to Toneva, helps her stay in good shape without stress and debilitating restrictions.
