Michael Kors has listed his sprawling beachfront estate on Fire Island in Suffolk County, New York, for $6.25 million. The expansive property includes a main house and a guesthouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The designer’s modern home was built in 2014 and, according to People, was designed by architect Scott Bromley.

According to the Wall Street Journal, this is not the 66-year-old fashion designer’s only property; he owns a total of 48 properties located near the protected Fire Island National Seashore.
In 2015, while giving Vogue a tour of his home, the designer told the publication that he is attracted to the “life of a beach bum” and that his “ideal of perfection” is “barefoot luxury.”
